MY FAVORITE FOOD IS THE PASTA BECAUSE IS VERY DELICIOUS. THE INGREDIENTS ARE: PASTE, CHEESE. And TOMATO SAUCE. FOR THE PREPARATION OF THIS PLATE: YOU HAVE THAT PUT THE WATER ON FIRE FOR 15 MINUTE AND THEN, YOU PUT THE ESPAGEETTI FOR 10 MINUTE APROXIMATLY AND THEN YOU GET AWAY THE PASTE OF THE WATER AND YOU PUT A LITTEL OF BUTTER AND TOMATO SAUCE AND CHEESE.

Problems of the Maracaibo city

I write to you sir Governor because of the problems in the city like the insecurity, the public transportation and the potholes in the streets. There is too much traffic congestion at any time and too much crime as well, due to a city increase and absence of police officers respectively. Also there is the potholes problem in the streets that have an effect on public transportation.

I suggest you to make more routes that allow a fast and better travel of the community, hire more police officers and put them around the city, finally fix the potholes in the streets.
