Problems of the Maracaibo city

I write to you sir Governor because of the problems in the city like the insecurity, the public transportation and the potholes in the streets. There is too much traffic congestion at any time and too much crime as well, due to a city increase and absence of police officers respectively. Also there is the potholes problem in the streets that have an effect on public transportation.

I suggest you to make more routes that allow a fast and better travel of the community, hire more police officers and put them around the city, finally fix the potholes in the streets.
